If you need to return a mask the cost to send the mask back is at your expense. The cheapest way to send is to use the envelope that it was sent in,. Turn it inside out, refold it and send it to

For 1- 3 Mask Postage is around $1.00

For 3-5 Mask Postage is around $1.40

Returns

How to Return

Due to the sanitary nature of these products there are no returns allowed unless the product arrives damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a mask is received damaged, please send the mask back and it will be remade for you. Please ship to P.O. Box 842, Cordova, TN 38088.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not allowed.

Color Preferences

You can list color preferences, however given the unavailability of material, the colors are not guaranteed. Due to overwhelming demand, the orders will be shipped out immediately once an order has been placed.
